Reload industry solution and workflow configuration

Triggers a full reload of YAML-based industry solution templates and workflow definitions from the filesystem. Returns a validation report with any parse errors, unknown item types, or missing workflows.

Authorization: Bearer <jwt_access_token>

Tokens expire after 15 minutes. Use the refresh token to obtain a new one.
